wh00t!!! By far the best skin I have seen or used plus Alfred has great support for it. Extremely minimal screen clutter.

This is nice! ^_^ If only the menu bar matched the buttonbar...

[4] Submitted by: White horse on Sunday May 26th 2002

This is a great theme.

My only suggestion is to have a greater contract in the scroll bars. On my machine-ibook, it is hard to tell where the bar is.

Thanks

ashibaka, What would like to improve on the menubar?

[6] Submitted by: Jaosn Huebel on Monday June 3rd 2002

Making the menubar grey would be nice.

Mailboxes never show anything in linux 1.0rc3 except the "Welcome to Mozilla Mail & News" intro page. This is the only theme I've found appropriate for smaller laptop displays.

[8] Submitted by: Kurt Stephens on Monday June 3rd 2002

Actually no themes show Mailboxes for me. Either 1.0rc3 linux is broken or my config is corrupted. So, Alfred is off the hook. :)

Where can I find a moz 0.9.9-compatible version of littlemoz? I accidentally deleted mine.

[10] Submitted by: Alfred Kayser on Tuesday June 4th 2002

Go to: http://www.geocities.com/alfredkayser/mozilla/themes.htm to find a 0.9.9 version.

This theme is great! Works fast and compact! But only one thing, tool bar uses system color on my PC. Is this only for my case? pity...I prefer blue on screenshot. Anyway, Thank you Alfred!

[12] Submitted by: XTraveler on Monday June 10th 2002

Definitely the best skin I've seen so far! Great Job!

Love LittleMozilla!

I, like noel, want a way to bring back the blue background, if only through some userchrome.css editing...

Also, I'd like inactive tabs to have a border or different color than the tab bar background. I sometimes drag a link to the tab bar to create a new tab and accidently drop it on an existing unfocused tab.

Thanks.

[14] Submitted by: djk on Friday June 14th 2002

OK, I haven't brought back the blue 'cloud' background to the toolbars, but I *did* figure out how to make the inactive (unfocused) tab have a different color. Just add the following lines to your userChrome.css file in the profile/chrome directory:

tab { background-color: darkgray !important; }

tab:hover { background-color: #CCCCFF !important; } tab:hover:active { background-color: darkblue !important; }

tab[selected="true"], tab:hover[selected="true"], tab:hover:active[selected="true"] { background-color: white !important; }

This is my first shot at this, so if there's something better I should be doing, let me know. :-}

Little Mozilla looks good in the preview. When I try to start it, a popup window indicated that the version of NetScape 7 that I have is not compatable. I would like to try it as soon as it is updated.

This is the best looking theme. The small icons leave a lot of space for the browser window itself. Excellent!

BTW, I just found LM 1.1 on deskmod; its inactive tabs are better. :-)

Thanks Alfred!

Go to www.deskmod.org for the latest version. This site is not updated as frequently as deskmod.

How fast it is. I like it.

Hello Alfred, I found a little "problem". It's more a request-for-feature. In my Mozilla I removed the search-button and the print-button from the navigation bar. This way I have a very very long address field. When I now click on the arrow on the right side of the address field I see links that I visited shortly. I move the mouse over one of these addresses and they get marked with a blue color. But this blue bar that marks my link is too short. I always have to move the mouse to the left side so that I come close enough to the link. It would be so great if you could update your theme so that it supports an ultra long marker for shortly visited links within the addressbar history.

Mitt, your 'RFE' is fixed! Go to mozilla.deskmod.org to install the latest 1.1 version, which is by the way also Netscape 7.0 ready!

Very good Alfred, thank you very much! Now I can surf a bit faster and much more comfortable again, thanks to you Alfred and many greetings from germany! :o)

BUG report: If you use the password manager feature, when a password prompt pops up, the OK and CANCEL buttons are barely viewable, they are off the bottom of the password box.

[28] Submitted by: Alfred Kayser on Thursday September 19th 2002

This is fixed in the version available at www.deskmod.org

if it looked just like it did in the picure i'd be fully happy.

but i like it the way it is anyways, but still.

On deskmod.org you can find the LittleMozilla 1.0 with the 'old' icons, and LittleMozilla 1.1 with the new icons. So pick your choice.

Great theme, minimalistic controls are the way to go.

However, if you have several dozens of tabs open (I use MultiZilla) the tabs get smaller and smaller, and eventually they meld together to a solid grey bar. (This came up on when I, as a test, opened the same windows in Mozilla that I usually have open in Opera; 45 pages...)
