This is the best theme, I have seen until now, it looks well pollished and doesn't take so much room as all the other themes I tried until now...

[2] Submitted by: eduardo on Thursday May 23rd 2002

so good

[3] Submitted by: greg on Friday May 24th 2002

yes, i use it also because it doesn't takes so much space.

nice on a 800x600 screen :)

[4] Submitted by: Raj on Friday May 24th 2002

I use it as well (it's almost as minimal space as IE toolbar with small icons/notext).

THe only problem is that when I click on the back/forward button, I often get the dropdown history (which is NOT what I meant to do). Seems the "area" for the history click is much larger than in other skins.

Other than that, this is the best Zilla theme.

Best compromise between size, look and readability!

[6] Submitted by: Glenn McKechnie on Friday May 24th 2002

Nice and compact, though I tend to agree with raj regarding the "back/forward button and dropdown history" issue. Overall, it's a good theme

[7] Submitted by: Brian on Sunday May 26th 2002

This theme is classy looking and minimalistic, I love its buttons for search, stop, etc. The problem is that this theme isn't complete when you go into mail.

LOVED this skin...got RC3...can't DL it now Mozilla quits when I try to load it, anyone else? fix?

[10] Submitted by: earake on Monday May 27th 2002

Would it be so wrong to also make a link to just d/l the damn file?

[11] Submitted by: Marco on Monday May 27th 2002

ah! i love the theme... kicks ass fits in perfectly with my window decorations and gtk theme! -Marco http://epiar.sf.net/

[12] Submitted by: Kolompár Csubakka on Monday May 27th 2002

Yo, this skin is frellin cool and save space for frellin good! However agree that too easy to click the frellin dropdown history! Still this is the frellin best skin on Mozilla!

[13] Submitted by: hmmmm on Sunday June 2nd 2002

Yeah, can't install it (or any other skin for that matter) on 2002053012 build.

[14] Submitted by: Matt on Tuesday June 4th 2002

I love this skin too! It's beautiful.

Although it seems to be heresy to say this, could you also make a version with the same buttons, just bigger? Some people don't mind bigger buttons if it means they don't have to be a sharp-shooter with the mouse. :)

[15] Submitted by: Saul on Wednesday June 5th 2002

I wouldn't say anything, but some people would seem to like larger buttons, so I have to chime in with a contrary opinion.

I LIKE the smaller buttons--I've been looking for a smaller theme for a long time, and really like the extra space.

I could see why someone might like larger buttons, though. Maybe make a Pinball-Large and a Pinball-Small?

[16] Submitted by: hakan on Thursday June 6th 2002

Very nice theme, is it possible to change the background color of the sidebar ?

[17] Submitted by: Lou Zerr on Sunday June 9th 2002

The best theme available - very lightweight, aesthetically pleasing (and cool mouseovers!).

IMHO, This should ship with Mozilla!

[18] Submitted by: fan on Sunday June 16th 2002

Yap, I love this theme. The steel feel and space saving. It's great!

[19] Submitted by: Pinball fan on Monday June 17th 2002

This theme is by far the best available.

I have one single problem with it: it seems to be missing buttons for the compose message window (e.g., "Send", "Attach").

Are there buttons made for those functions, and Mozilla just isn't using them for me for some reason? Or are they not available?

If they never were made, how were the rest of the buttons created (program, effects, etc.)? I think I might be able to create the missing buttons, but the rest of them are so consistent with one another I'd hate to mess it up.

An accomplished exercise in minimalism! A perfect mactch for my new LCD iMac! : )

[21] Submitted by: Peter Moylan on Sunday June 23rd 2002

Excellent. This comes closest to what I really want, which is a text-only toolbar like the one Netscape lets you have.

I'm puzzled about the way the toolbar font changes depending on the web site. On the mozdev.org site I have an attractive toolbar with a sans-serif font. Elsewhere, it's a larger (and apparently bold) serif font. Is there a way to get the sans-serif look everywhere?

I see that some people would like larger buttons. Personally I'd like zero-size buttons for my personal bookmark folders - the textual name is sufficient without needing an icon as well.

[22] Submitted by: Amos Kariuki on Monday June 24th 2002

Very good looking theme

[23] Submitted by: Karellen on Tuesday June 25th 2002

Yup, this theme rules.

Have to disagree with the people who want bigger buttons, the buttons are great. And especially like the smaller throbber that a number of small themes appear to forget.

Also have no problem hitting the back/fwd dropdown button by mistake; guess I must just be a sharpshooter with my mouse. *shrug*

Only nit - do the mail/compose part of the theme as well. It's the only part of moz that uses too much screen space now I'm using this theme.

(And for reference, I like loads of screen space despite the 1280x1024 res I run at. You can never have enough screen space. Can see what the xterms are doing in the background. Damn compilers taking too long...)

[24] Submitted by: BluEyes24 on Sunday June 30th 2002

This theme is simple, elegant, and classy. It makes my cock hard. :-)

[25] Submitted by: cliff skoog on Monday July 8th 2002

A fine blend of aestheics and ergonomics. Try this one. And if you are on a Wintel, try setting your system fonts to 8 point Comic Sans. I agree this one should ship with Mozilla - maybe with two sets (small and large) of buttons.

[26] Submitted by: Brian R. on Tuesday July 9th 2002

This is my favorite theme. It has a simple, clean look to it. I love it.

[27] Submitted by: another fan on Monday July 15th 2002

This theme is so beautiful.

Both it and a larger-button version should be bundled with mozilla. It's so much better-looking than the Modern theme.

[28] Submitted by: Alexandr on Tuesday July 16th 2002

Почему не работают ссылки для закачки???????????

[29] Submitted by: Sarkunarajah S on Tuesday July 23rd 2002

Tried many themes with mozilla, but found this to be the best. Well designed and clean. Great job Johannes.

[30] Submitted by: Chris L. on Tuesday July 30th 2002

This is the best theme I have found. Great graphics, glowing roll overs. Very professional. I wish that you would make a pinball skin for jedit! Thanks, Johannes.

[31] Submitted by: Chris L. on Tuesday July 30th 2002

Forgot to add one gripe. The scroll bar doesn't really fit in with the rest of the theme.

[32] Submitted by: raboof on Tuesday July 30th 2002

This is the coolest theme of all!

[33] Submitted by: John W on Wednesday July 31st 2002

Great theme. Sleek and modern looking. I like the small icons.

[34] Submitted by: Renee Lingk on Wednesday July 31st 2002

Cannot get it to install!

[35] Submitted by: jcs on Thursday August 1st 2002

This is a lovely theme. I have updated all my machines and profiles to use it.

One suggestion would be to use a different icon in mail for "next unread" as it looks too much like "forward." That's my only criticism!! Very well done.

[36] Submitted by: Augusto on Monday August 5th 2002

I personally like this theme. I'd love it to become the default for Mozilla.

[37] Submitted by: TFPrince on Wednesday August 7th 2002

Nice skin! The best i think - small and useful

[38] Submitted by: silverdr on Monday August 12th 2002

My favorite!

[39] Submitted by: slhcker on Saturday August 17th 2002

great skin, good job Thank you! :)

[40] Submitted by: Yuo on Sunday August 18th 2002

i love it simple is best :)

[41] Submitted by: kcarr on Wednesday August 21st 2002

I must say this is a very good fit with the rest of the minimalistic themes. I like it alot.

Thanks very much to the person/people involved in it's creation. I will also say, I haven't seen a problem with the latest version trying to click the history buttons. Mabye it has been fixed. ;-)

Q T DEN

[43] Submitted by: Carlos E. Morimoto on Thursday August 22nd 2002

The best theme :-) I agree, this MUST be shipped with the next versions of Mozilla.

Greetings fron Brazil

[44] Submitted by: Doesi T Matter on Thursday August 22nd 2002

I like the size and the general design of the icons.

To add my one complaint - I would like to have the same icons without the weird fading. This makes it look very weird relative to the rest of mozilla - especially my googlebar.

[45] Submitted by: Daniel on Saturday August 24th 2002

Un super tema para Mozilla !! lo recomiendo mucho pues los botonesson pequeños y era justo lo que estaba buscando! bacan!!

A masterpiece!

[47] Submitted by: Shearer on Tuesday August 27th 2002

this is the best theme for mozilla/netscape, because it is simple, easy and very small... so i have more space for the web-site.

i love this skin.

[48] Submitted by: jay on Wednesday August 28th 2002

pinball looks awesome with icewm and liquid. It's simplistic yet sophisticated :)

[49] Submitted by: analytik on Thursday August 29th 2002

just great :) small & beautiful (i still cannot understand how someone can use that ughy IE in it's base skin;)

[50] Submitted by: duke on Friday August 30th 2002

I downloaded Mozilla 1.1 yesterday and loved everything about it except for the navigation toolbar which I thought was to large. Well, "Pinball" fixed that problem! Small, clean, aesthetic. Great job Johannes! :)

[52] Submitted by: Fabio on Friday August 30th 2002

Would you please port this skin to Opera 6? It's just so great that I really need it on the browser I use the most.

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!

[53] Submitted by: Devoid on Wednesday September 11th 2002

Using this on Mozilla 1.1 I get some red script under the status bar on all windows (mail + browser): <key id="key_irc" key="&ircCmd.commandkey;" command="Tasks:IRC" modifiers="accel"/> Makes the status bar about 1 inch high. Anyone know how to fix it?

[54] Submitted by: pinky on Thursday September 12th 2002

I like.

[55] Submitted by: stopf on Thursday September 12th 2002

Elegantes, schlichte und schöne Design, das recht platzsparend ist, sehr zu empfehlen.

[56] Submitted by: buzz on Friday September 13th 2002

This is my prefered theme but it doesn't work with Netscape 7.0 (FR only ?) in the address book.

[57] Submitted by: Rob on Monday September 16th 2002

This is the best mozilla theme I've seen. Can't do without this theme.

Can someone pelase update this theme to work with the mozilla 1.2 beta version. It currently fails to load mail/news.It's also missing some icons for the 1.1 version of mozilla.

Keep up the good work!

[58] Submitted by: Roven on Thursday September 19th 2002

just to flip

[59] Submitted by: Brian on Thursday September 26th 2002

Great theme. The only thing I would change would be to make the status bar thinner. Finally a theme with smaller buttons :)

[60] Submitted by: Richard Hurt on Friday September 27th 2002

I love this theme!!!!! I use it on all my platforms to keep me sane (MacOS, Win2000, & Linux). Please update it for the latest Mozilla 1.2b stuff! :)

Thanx! Richard

[61] Submitted by: availablelight on Friday September 27th 2002

I love the aesthetics of this theme along with the glowing buttons when the mouse moves over them.

Great job

[62] Submitted by: Rob on Saturday September 28th 2002

There's an update to this theme for Moz 1.1 on the DeskMod site. URL: http://deskmod.com/?show=showcat&cat_name=mozilla

[63] Submitted by: kom on Saturday October 5th 2002

good

[64] Submitted by: j.t. on Thursday October 10th 2002

My favorite "skin", although I wish the grey color could be substituted for the current Windows color. That'd be a nice option; the ability to change the dominant tile color. Still, I like this.
